When am I charged?

Your first month is charged when you complete checkout. Billing starts then, even while we’re setting up CallCrate.

Are there extra usage charges?

No. CallCrate is for everyday missed calls to your business, with no overage charges. Fair use applies.

Will my price change later?

Not for you. Your monthly price is locked in when you sign up. Future price changes only apply to new customers.

How do I cancel?

From the billing page in your account. Your service runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, and your messages aren’t deleted when you cancel. When service ends, turn off forwarding on your phone. To come back later, contact us.

Does paying turn CallCrate on?

Not on its own. We prepare your forwarding number after payment and check that it’s ready. Then you follow your carrier’s instructions to turn on call forwarding.
